SCV Launches New Publication – Encountering Women of Faith Volume III

SCV – 14/6/19

Saint Catherine’s Vision (SCV) joyfully announces the launch of our newest publication in the thought-provoking Encountering Women of Faith book series.  Encountering Women of Faith: The Saint Catherine’s Vision Collection, Volume III provides a rich tapestry of witness from the lives of holy women throughout Christian history. Collaboratively written to both spiritually inspire and academically inform, this book includes much information for the first time in English. The diversity of authors’ voices offers something for everyone. Together, their united witness encourages us all to more courageously “hear the word of God and keep it.” (Luke 11:28)

Every chapter of this book is the result of the authors’ penetrating research, as well as personal spiritual engagement with the women saints being studied. In addition, each chapter includes questions for further personal reflection or group discussion.  The results of this collaboration bring vividly to life a number of well-known and lesser-known women saints.  The diversity of saints and authors’ study approaches together corroborate with great clarity how “God is wondrous among His saints!”  The saints and co-authors of this volume are:
