WCC Delegates visits the regional Headquaters of the Syriac Orthodox Church in India

PATRIARCHAL CENTRE, PUTHENCURIZ: Delegates from World Council of Churches visited Patriarchal Centre, the regional Head Quarters of Syriac Orthodox Church in India on Jan 30, Wednesday.

Hon. Moderator of Commission for World Mission & Evangelism of WCC, Dr. Mor Coorilos Geevarghese, Metropolitan Mor Aphrem Mathews of Ankamali, UK Dioceses & Metropolitan Dr. Mor Antheemos Mathews of Idukki & Muvattupuzha Dioceses received the delegates. WCC – CWME annual conference is  going on at Moran Mor Ignatius Zakka I Iwas Patriarchal Centre, Puthencruz, the regional headquarters of the Syrian Orthodox Church in India. The theme of the conference is ” Enabling response to the new mission statement”.
