Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II of Antioch Arrives in Malankara

Malankara- India: His Holiness Ignatius Aphrem II – (Patriarch of Antioch and All East and Primate of the Universal Syriac Orthodox Church) arrived today morning at the Cochin Airport, where he was received by His Beatitude Abune Baselios Thomas I – (Catholicos and Metropolitan trustee of the Syriac Orthodox Church in India), Metropolitan’s, political leaders, priests and thousands of faithful.

The Patriarch and the Syriac Orthodox delegation is on a three day visit to Malankara.
