His Beatitude, Archbishop Nourhan Manougian, the Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem, sent a letter of congratulation to His Excellency Mr. Bako S. Sahakyan, the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, on the occasion of the 25th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Artsakh.
