USA: Joint prayers between the Exile and Addis Ababa Synods were held at the Exile Church’s St. Gabriel Cathedral in Washington D.C. The reconciliation conference begins on 23rd July 2018.

Is it possible to hope that this reconciliation might be followed by reconciliation and, ultimately, between the EOTC and the Eritrean Orthodox Synod, a schism that has no doctrinal basis but is wholly political in nature?
