YEREVAN. – Catholicos of All Armenians, His Holiness Karekin II paid a visit to South America on Thursday.
Karekin II will visit Armenian dioceses in South America (Brazil on May 6-10, Uruguay on May 10-12 and Argentina on May 12-21). The Armenian spiritual leader will also visit Armenian communities in Chile and Venezuela on May 21-25, the press service of Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
He is accompanied by Head of Western Armenian diocese, Archbishop Hovnan Terteryan, Bishop Artak Tigranyan, verger Anania Tsaturyan, priest Adam Makaryan and others.
