On Thursday, February 18, the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church conducted the Great Compline at the (Refectory) Church of Sts Anthony and Theodosius of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, in the course of which he read the concluding part of the Great Canon of Repentance by St. Andrew of Crete.

Following the Divine service the Archpastor addressed the faithful with words of exhortation. The main theme of his sermon was love as the greatest virtue that Christians must have to God as well as to one another.
